What road construction standards do you follow in Dubai?
We follow RTA's Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Works, including material grades, compaction ratios and layer thicknesses. All asphaltic concrete mixes are tested at a certified UAE laboratory before laying.
Can you handle RTA approvals and NOCs as part of the contract?
Yes — our scope routinely includes preparing the permit application, submitting to RTA or the relevant municipality, and following up until approval is granted. You get one point of contact from design to handover.
How long does a typical access road project take?
A standard 100–200 metre villa access road from sub-base to final asphalt coat typically takes 5–10 working days on site, depending on existing ground conditions and RTA approval timeline.
Do you resurface existing roads or only build new ones?
Both. We carry out asphalt overlays, milling and resurfacing of deteriorated existing roads as well as full new-build road construction from ground level.
