Design & Approvals
Pipeline alignment, levels and pipe sizing confirmed from drawings. Authority NOCs and permits applied for. Existing utilities located before digging.
Excavation & Bedding
Trenches excavated to design depth and formation. Granular or concrete bedding laid and compacted to pipe manufacturer's specification.
Pipe Laying & Jointing
Pipes laid to correct gradient, joints made with approved methods (electrofusion, push-fit, flanged). Manholes, chambers and fittings installed.
Testing & Reinstatement
Pressure test or CCTV survey. Authority inspection. Backfill compacted in layers, road or surface reinstated and completion certificate issued.

Which pipeline standards do you follow in Dubai?
We follow DEWA's Technical Regulations for water networks, Dubai Municipality's Drainage Technical Guidelines and Trakhees standards for free zone projects. All materials carry the required UAE authority approvals.
Do you handle DEWA and Dubai Municipality pipeline approvals?
Yes. Our team prepares the NOC application, submits design drawings to the relevant authority and follows up through approval. We have an established relationship with DEWA and DM approval departments.
What pipe materials do you use for water supply lines?
For potable water mains we typically use HDPE (PE100) or ductile iron depending on operating pressure and DEWA's specification. uPVC is used for surface water and low-pressure drainage. We confirm material selection during design review.
Do you carry out CCTV surveys on drainage pipelines?
Yes. CCTV survey before backfill is standard on all drainage pipelines above DN150. This confirms falls, joint quality and absence of debris before the trench is closed.
Can you repair or rehabilitate an existing pipeline?
Yes. We carry out targeted excavation and repair of leaking joints, pipe replacement sections, manhole rehabilitation and CIPP relining for sewers where full excavation is not practical.
Do you lay pipelines under existing roads?
Yes. We can carry out open-cut road crossing with reinstatement, or directional drilling / pipe jacking for crossing under live roads where open cut is not permitted by the authority.
